Refund and Return Policy for Quickbinaa

At Quickbinaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
- Exclusions: Certain products, such as final sale items, opened skincare or personal care products, and items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return or exchange. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at info@quickbinaa.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item Back: Securely pack the item(s) and return it to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note:
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at info@quickbinaa.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. You may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged product to help us resolve the issue promptly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Opened cosmetics or makeup items
- Personal care items (e.g., brushes, sponges, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, which will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the Effective Date will be updated accordingly.
